Tony Konzon

Tony KonzonTony undertook his training at Lawrence Graham in an insurance based civil litigation department. Tony worked for Robin Thompson & Partners before moving on to the British Railways Board Legal Department where he undertook a wide range of litigation, but mainly specialising in employers liability and public liability personal injury claims. He joined Watmores in 1988.

Tony has experience of a wide range of work undertaken by Watmores and has particular expertise in most types of personal injury work and clinical negligence claims arising from errors by Pharmacists.

Personal Injury

Tony has over 25 years experience of dealing with personal injury litigation on behalf of defendants and during this time he has dealt with claims involving injuries of the utmost severity and psychiatric damage, as well as less severe injuries.

Tony has experience in dealing with employers liability, public liability and motor claims.  He has extensive experience of defending claims on behalf of public sector clients.

Clinical Negligence Claims


Tony has also developed an expertise in clinical negligence claims arising from errors by Pharmacists. He has dealt with claims that have involved injuries of the utmost severity, death and psychiatric damage arising from such errors as well as claims involving less severe injuries.

Rail Industry Claims

Tony has 25 years experience of dealing with railway industry claims and forms part of our successful specialist rail industry claim section and deals with claims ranging from those of the utmost severity to those involving less severe injuries.
